There were only 43 new cases of the mild swine flu reported in Germany last week, prompting criticism of the decision by governments and WHO to retain the pandemic emergency level 6 declaration, report local media.
According to Germany's Robert Koch Institute, 225,921 people in the country have fallen sick with the swine flu since spring 2009 and a total of 243 people died, far fewer than from the regular seasonal flu.
